Housing in the primary market in the suburbs of Kyiv for the first month of 2022 has risen in price within 1-3%.
According to the statistics of the resource LUN Misto, as of February 1, the average price per square meter in new buildings in the Kyiv region is 22,000 UAH.
Compared to the data as of January 1, the cost of a square meter increased by 800 UAH on average (up to 21,200 UAH per sq.m), and as of December 1, the price of a square increased by 300 UAH.
At the same time, the average price per square meter of new housing in Kyiv increased by 400 UAH as of February 1, from 35,000 UAH to 35,400 UAH.
New residential complexes in Vyshgorod are the most expensive—26,500 UAH, and that is 3,000 UAH more than in January.
The cheapest residential complexes are in the left-bank satellite cities: 18,500 UAH per square meter in Brovary and 19,800 UAH in Boryspil.
