The thirty-fifth day of the Russia-Ukraine war 2022 continues. The enemy suffered significant losses and, apparently, temporarily gave up the task of blocking Kyiv.
At the same time, the Russian-fascist invaders focused offensive efforts in the Donetsk and Tauride directions, where they are building up the system of logistics support for the troops, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
The weakening of the onslaught on Kyiv happened as a result of progress in the negotiations in Istanbul between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations. Apparently, the parties began to work out a roadmap for the peaceful settlement of the current military conflict as a result of the treacherous attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine.
Also, the enemy command continues to send military personnel from military support units, including from training institutions. However, the enemy personnel are demoralized and have poor motivation to participate in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine.
"According to available information, the attempts of the Russian military command to mobilize volunteers are not supported by the population. In particular, the Kaliningrad region managed to collect only 17 so-called volunteers," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.

In the direction of Brovary, a partial withdrawal of units from the area occupied by the invaders towards the border with the Russian Federation was noted.
Slobozhanshchyna direction
The invaders continue to blockade the city of Kharkiv and deliver artillery strikes on residential areas of the city.
Near Izium, the enemy is building up efforts by redeploying individual subunits from the 20th Combined Arms Army and the 1st Tank Army. They continue to deliver missile and bomb strikes and artillery shelling.

The enemy stepped up fire and assault operations. They continue to deliver air and missile strikes on populated areas. The main efforts of the Russian invaders were focused on capturing the cities of Popasna, Rubizhne, and Mariupol.
Pivdennyi Buh direction
The invaders are trying to restore the combat capability of their troops, replenish ammunition and reserves of fuel and lubricants. They continue the fortification of the occupied lines. Using artillery fire and air strikes, they are trying to constrain the actions of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Situation with explosion at ammunition depots in Belgorod
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informs that a self-induced detonation of an ammunition depot occurred in the Russian Belgorod. Earlier in the information field of Ukraine, information was actively disseminated that the explosion in Belgorod depots occurred as a result of a Ukrainian attack by the Tochka ballistic missile system. Recall that Belgorod is located 30 km from the border with the Kharkiv region and about 60 km from our Kharkiv.
"The incident occurred as a result of neglecting safety rules and violating the requirements for the ammunition transportation," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stressed.
At the same time, they clarified that the situation has become an example of the mass use of obsolete dangerous ammunition, typical for Russian military personnel, including during World War Two.
"Just yesterday, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned about the threat of self-detonation of ammunition, a huge amount of which Russia has located near the Chernobyl NPP. Russia must immediately withdraw its troops from the Chernobyl zone," the General Staff stated.
The grouping of defense forces continues to conduct a defensive operation in the Eastern, Southeastern, and Northeastern directions
