  • Russian troops shelled the building of the Regional State Administration in Mykolaiv, seven people were killed, 22 people injured. This was reported by the head of the Regional State Administration Vitalyi Kim.

According to the State Emergency Service, the invaders struck the administrative building, and all 9 floors were destroyed.

  • The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced a radical reduction in military activity in the Kyiv and Chernihiv directions.
