The Ukrainian railway company is about to launch its loyalty program, Ukrzaliznytsia Loyalty Club, and has just named its first member, Boris Johnson, the Prime Minister of the U.K. This was reported by the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia.
"The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson, chose the railway to travel to Kyiv for the third time and thus became the first owner of a loyalty card presented directly by the chairman of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia," the message says.
Ukrainian railway workers thanked Johnson for supporting Ukraine on Independence Day. They also emphasized that they would like to see one of Ukraine's greatest friends on board Ukrainian trains even more often.
It is worth noting that the full-scale launch of the Ukrzaliznytsia Loyalty Club is about to happen very soon.
In this regard, Ukrzaliznytsia called on all concerned to tell them what they would like the UZ Loyalty Club to be.
"However, number 001 has been reserved. Good evening everybody," Ukrzaliznytsia stated and accompanied the post with emoji flags of Ukraine and the U.K.
Context. On Wednesday, August 24, Boris Johnson, the Prime Minister of the U.K., visited Kyiv on the occasion of Independence Day.
