The aggressors' columns of armored vehicles have slowed down the offensive pace and are having problems with supply on the territory of Ukraine. Enemy troops do not have a systemic supply of fuel and ammunition. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on its Facebook page.
It is noted that, having not achieved success in capturing the regional centers of Kharkiv and Chernihiv, the occupants launched missile bombardment of the residential areas of these cities. In addition, russian occupants continue to keep the Ukrainian cities of Sumy, Lebedyn, and Akhtyrka surrounded. The aggressor is regrouping in order to continue the offensive in the direction of Kyiv.
In the Donetsk region, enemy troops have focused their efforts on capturing the Ukrainian city of Mariupol, but they are not successful. The goals of reaching the administrative borders of Donetsk and Luhansk regions were not achieved.
In the Taurida direction, the enemy with available forces reached the objective in the areas of the settlements of Skadovsk, Hola Prystan, Kherson, and Nova Kakhovka. After the regrouping, the enemy continues the offensive in the direction of Mykolaiv.
There are reports about robbery and marauding by occupants in the areas of the settlements of Bucha, Hostomel, and Novaya Basan.
Despite the fact that russia is a state party to the Geneva Conventions for the Protection of Victims of War, its armed forces and the terrorist groups it supports continue to systematically and brazenly violate the norms of International Humanitarian Law in Ukraine.
Having missed offensive opportunities, the enemy focused on encircling the city of Kyiv.
As of 12:00, the estimated casualties of weapons and military equipment of Putin's army amounted to:
- 29 aircraft;
- 29 helicopters;
- 198 tanks;
- 846 AFVs;
- 77 artillery systems;
- 7 air defense systems;
- 24 MLRS;
- 3 operational-tactical UAVs;
- 305 vehicles.
- 60 tanks with fuel and lubricants;
- 2 boats;
