To date, the enemy has not fulfilled the main tasks of defeating the groupings of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reaching the administrative borders of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and gaining control over the left-bank part of Ukraine.

In the Mykolaiv and Kryvyi Rih directions, the occupation troops were stopped.

In the Polissia direction, the Russian occupation troops are still trying to pass the barrier line along the Irpin River and gain a foothold near the cities of Bucha and Irpin. They're trying to defend themselves. Sabotage-reconnaissance groups are being trained to act under the guise of Ukrainian servicemen.

In the Siversk direction, the Russian army did not carry out active offensive actions. At the moment, they are regrouping to try to resume the offensive towards Kyiv.

In the Slobozhanshchyna direction, the enemy is concentrating its main efforts on recovering the casualties received as a result of a strong resistance near Kharkiv and a counterattack by the Ukrainian army near the city of Izium.

In the Donetsk and Tauride directions, the Russian Federation continues to conduct active hostilities. Due to the numerical superiority in certain areas, the enemy has a partial success.

In the Pivdennyi Buh direction, the enemy is trying to continue the offensive in the direction of Kryvyi Rih. They consolidate on the objectives, regroup troops and replenish stocks. They are not desisting from their efforts to encircle Nikolaev.

Russian occupants continue to accumulate reserves on their territory for waging war against Ukraine. Detachments of mercenaries are being formed. They are ready to fulfill the criminal orders of Russian commanders for reward. According to available information, recruitment centers for mercenaries have been opened in Syria, where over a thousand people have been recruited in recent days, about 400 people have already arrived in the Russian Federation. Camps have been set up near the Ukrainian border in the Rostov (RF) and Gomel (Belarus) regions for their accommodation and training.

With little success, the enemy continues to bomb Ukraine's military and civilian infrastructure. They use massive ordnance and ordnance with indiscriminate effect against the civilians. These actions are classified under international humanitarian law as a war crime.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of the defense forces, deter the enemy, inflict significant losses on the enemy in manpower and military equipment, demoralizing their personnel both in the areas of combat operations and in the areas of reserve formation.

Recall that on February 24 at 04:50 Russian President Vladimir Putin actually declared war on Ukraine, and Russian troops began to invade the territory of our country.
