It is planned to extend quarantine in Ukraine until April 30, 2021. However, quarantine measures will change.
The Ministry of Health has already developed a normative act regulating quarantine in Ukraine. This has been announced by the Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov.
It is planned to extend the opening hours of catering establishments and allow holding events with 50% occupancy of the halls at the rate of no more than 1 person per 5 sq. m.
At the same time, strict quarantine restrictions will be introduced only in regions where the criteria for bed occupancy and the number of new hospitalized patients simultaneously exceed the norm.
However, the transport will not be closed even with strict quarantine restrictions.
Context. In the coming weeks, Ukraine will receive 117,000 doses of vaccines against coronavirus produced by Pfizer and BioNTech. Vaccines will be provided through the COVAX program. In addition, the country will return to adaptive quarantine.
