As for NATO, as Deutsche Welle writes, it stated that it took the information into account, but "remain vigilant."
"Any steps towards de-escalation by Russia will be important and long overdue. We continue to urge Russia to comply with international obligations and withdraw all its forces from Ukrainian territory," NATO said.
Meeting of Zelenskyy and Putin
As for the meeting between Volodymyr Zelensky and President of the Russian Federation Putin on the territory of Donbas, that the Ukrainian President had previously called for, Putin said that he was ready to meet with him, but in Moscow and solely to discuss the relationship between the countries.
