On the night of October 18, the second cargo arrived at the Ukrainian airport Boryspil with military aid from the United States. It included weapons, ammunition, and medicines.

All three cargoes were the result of agreements reached by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during his visit to the United States. These aid consignments are valued at a total of $60 million.
