The thirty-sixth day of the Russian-Ukrainian war 2022 continues. The main efforts of the enemy are focused on establishing full control over the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
The enemy is taking measures to regroup and form groupings of the Russian armed forces in order to conduct an offensive in the Eastern Operational Zone. In particular, the redeployment of some troops and military hardware of the enemy from the territory of the Republic of Belarus to the territory of the Russian Federation by rail was noted, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
"The threat of using missile weapons by the enemy at the military-industrial complex facilities and the logistics infrastructure of our state remains. The movement of additional units of the Russian armed forces to the territory of Ukraine continues. At the same time, the enemy's separate military units have already exhausted the possibilities of forming reserves," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
Volyn direction
There were no significant changes in the staff and disposition of enemy troops. The enemy continues demonstration actions on this area of the border with Belarus.
Polissia direction
The main efforts of the enemy are focused on withdrawing units from the territory of Ukraine, restorating their combat capability and, probably, redeploying to other directions.
"The enemy is moving units of the 35th, 36th combined arms armies, and the 76th airborne assault division of the airborne troops from the Polissia operational area," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
To ensure the troops withdrawal, the invaders conduct artillery attacks on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and carry out remote mining of the area with means prohibited by international conventions. Due to the critical situation, the withdrawal of units of the 35th Combined Arms Army is personally organized by the commander of the army, Lieutenant General Alexander Sanchik.
According to available information, during waging hostilities against Ukraine, the losses of the 1st motorized rifle battalion of the 36th separate motorized rifle brigade (military unit 06705, Borzya) of the 29th combined arms army amounted to more than 60% of the personnel.
Siversk direction
The enemy is operating with the forces of separate units from the 2nd, 41st Combined Arms Army, and the 90th Tank Division of the Central Military District.
The invaders continue to block and deliver artillery strikes on Chernihiv. They are gaining a foothold on the occupied lines and regrouping. In order to conduct reconnaissance and adjust artillery fire, the enemy uses UAVs.
The invaders continue to withdraw units from Brovary, probably to the border areas with the Russian Federation. Some units remain in positions and checkpoints along transport routes and on the outskirts of temporarily occupied settlements. They carry out mining of terrain and civilian objects.
Slobozhanshchyna direction
The enemy continues shelling Kharkiv. In the direction of Sloviansk, the Russian fascist invaders continue to regroup troops, as well as replenish ammunition, fuel and lubricants.
Donetsk direction
The enemies hold their positions near the settlements of Novozlatopol and Liubymivka and continue to reinforce their grouping.
The arrival of railway trains with weapons and equipment at the Rovenki railway station was noted. The enemy focuses their main efforts on taking control of the settlements of Popasna, Rubizhne, and Mariupol.
The enemy increased the number of airstrikes by operational-tactical aviation against the defenders of Ukraine near Lysychansk, Rubizhne, Popasna, and Kreminna. They made attempts to bypass our units, but failed.
Tauride direction
Near Nova Kakhovka, the enemy deployed a logistics base. They take no active action.
Pivdennyi Buh direction
The enemy takes measures to restore combat capability. They continue to carry out activities for engineering support. Using artillery attacks, they try to block the operation of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
