The war between Ukraine and the Russian Federation will reach a turning point by mid-August 2022 and will be over by the end of the year.
The head of the Chief of the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov said this in an exclusive interview with Sky News.
"Most active hostilities will be finished before the end of this year. As a result, we will restore Ukrainian authorities in all of our territories that we have lost, including Donbas and Crimea," Major General Budanov said.
According to him, the Russian Federation suffers huge losses in the war, and the military intelligence of Ukraine finds out about the Kremlin's plans as soon as they begin to take shape.
"We have been at war with the Russian Federation for eight years now, and we can say that this widely advertised Russian government is a myth. This is a horde of people with weapons," Budanov noted.
He also added that a coup is already underway in Russia to remove Vladimir Putin. The Russian leader is seriously ill with cancer.
