Andrii Matiukha and Favbet Foundation supported the career guidance workshop "Ticket to IT" as part of the IT Kids program. The event marked another stage in their youth-focused work aimed at developing digital skills.

The event gathered teenagers who, over the course of several hours, explored the fundamentals of 12 modern professions in the IT and digital spheres. The fields included programming, graphic and web design, marketing, video editing, UI/UX design, testing, robotics, business analytics, Data Science, cybersecurity, and product management.

How the initiatives implemented by Andrii Matiukha and Favbet Foundation develop digital skills among teenagers

Special attention was paid to hands-on work in mini-groups. Participants tried out various professional roles — designers, marketers, developers, and technical specialists — which helped them better understand their interests and potential areas for growth.

Favbet Foundation focuses on implementing programs that provide teenagers with access to quality education, mentorship, and practical tools. During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to receive advice from experts and listen to talks by teenagers from GoFriends IT Academy, who already have personal experience in learning and launching their paths in the IT field.

The format of the event combined live interaction, work with mentors, and practical tasks. Upon completion, each participant was given the opportunity to continue their education at IT Academy free of charge and join a themed summer camp.

Quote"For us, it's important to create a space where children can not only learn about new professions but also feel that these opportunities are accessible right now," notes Andrii Matiukha.

Favbet Foundation continues to support initiatives that create an environment for gaining practical knowledge and nurturing a new generation of Ukrainian professionals in the digital field.
