In the last 24 hours, as of May 16, the defenders of Ukraine destroyed 8 enemy tanks, 22 artillery systems, 1 attack helicopter, and 11 UAVs.
This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total battle casualties of the enemy from 24.02 to 16.05 approximately amounted to:
- personnel — about 27,700 (+300);
- tanks — 1,228 (+8);
- APV — 2,974 (+16);
- artillery systems — 577 (+22);
- MLRS — 195 (+0);
- Anti-aircraft warfare systems — 89 (+0);
- aircraft — 200 (+0);
- helicopters — 165 (+1);
- UAV operational-tactical level — 427 (+11);
- cruise missiles — 97 (+2);
- warships/boats — 13 (+0);
- vehicles and fuel tanks — 2 101 (+14);
- special equipment — 42 (+0).
"The heaviest losses of the enemy in the last 24 hours were reported in the Bakhmut and Zaporizhzhia directions. The data is being updated," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
