The People's Deputy also recalled that the third wave of COVID-19 is characterized by a high percentage of hospitalizations.

Context. Shortly before the Mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, said that previously two out of ten patients with coronavirus had needed hospitalization, now this figure reached seven out of ten. He also stated that if a collapse of the medical system occurs in Kyiv, a state of emergency may be introduced in the capital.
