Oksana Marchenko is listed among the founders of a legal entity with a share of the authorized capital of 25% and current beneficiaries. Another 25% is owned by Harmony LLC, whose ultimate beneficiary with a 100% share is also Marchenko. The company is associated with the financial and industrial group Nestor Shufrych Group and the financial and industrial group Kozak Brothers Group.

Private agro-industrial enterprise Kolos

• authorized capital — 450,000 UAH;

Marchenko is listed among the founders and current beneficiaries, and private agricultural enterprise OSKAR also appears there with a contribution to the authorized capital of 450,000 UAH and a 100% stake.

Kolos is directly part of the financial and industrial group (FIG) Kozak Brothers Group and has ties with the FIG Nestor Shufrych Group and Viktor Medvedchuk Group.

The main founder with a 100% contribution of 10 million UAH is the company Ukrkapital, already familiar to us, where Marchenko is the ultimate beneficiary and has 76% of the voting rights. Recall that the founder of UKRAPITAL is registered in Cyprus.

Club House "Brilliant" LLC

• authorized capital — 16.75 million UAH;
• types of activity — provision for rent and maintenance of own or leased real estate; purchase and sale of own real estate; real estate agency; management of real estate for a fee or on the basis of a contract.

The company UKRAPITAL (4 million UAH) is indicated among the founders of the legal entity with a share of the contribution to the authorized capital of 23.9%. Marchenko is the current beneficiary and ultimate beneficiary with the same share of 23.9%. It is interesting that another founder — Yuriy Shargorodskyi — is registered in the USA. The financial and industrial group Viktor Medvedchuk Group is expectedly indicated among the company's ties.

Recall that Medvedchuk’s e-declaration for May 2021 showed that almost all property and companies are registered with his wife Oksana Marchenko. Among other things, it lists 50 apartments, five aircraft, and its own analogue "Mezhyhirya" in the Zakarpattia region. Medvedchuk also owns two estates and thousands of square meters of residential real estate in Kyiv, as well as an estate in the Crimea near Alupka and 23 hectares of the Bulgarian coast.

Marchenko, for her part, and as we see from the investigation above, owns offshore companies in Cyprus, through which she has shares in energy, metallurgical, logistics, and television companies. The Medvedchuk family has shares in three regional power distribution companies in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, Lviv region, and Zaporizhzia, through offshore companies — in Dneprospetsstal, Zaporizhzia Ferroalloy Plant, Sintez Oil, Eximnaftoprodukt, Odesnaftoprodukt and Ukrloadsistem.

In addition, Marchenko has shares in such TV channels as 1+1, Gravis-Kino (2+2), and TET. Prior to the February 24 invasion, Forbes estimated Medvedchuk's fortune at $620 million.

• Context. As already reported, the collaborator and crony of the bloodthirsty dictator Vladimir Putin was detained near Kyiv on April 12.
• On April 13, the Lychakivskyi District Court of Lviv decided to seize the assets of Viktor Medvedchuk's family.
