The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has invited the founder of the space company SpaceX Elon Musk to visit the Serhiy Pavlovych Korolyov Museum of Cosmonautics in Zhytomyr.
The president wrote about this on Twitter.
The reason for this invitation was Musk's post that he had a conversation with Korolyov’s family.
Zelensky noted that Korolyov was indeed one of the best spacecraft designers and invited his longtime follower Musk to the Zhytomyr Museum of Cosmonautics.
So far, Musk has not responded to Zelensky's invitation.
It is worth noting that the museum began work in 1970, and in 1991 a separate exhibition was opened there. It presents a collection of space technology, equipment for astronauts, and life-size spacecraft models.
