The German government has launched the Ukraine Reconstruction Platform program for German businesses willing to take part in the reconstruction of Ukraine.
"The Ukraine Reconstruction Platform is an offer from the Federal Government for non-governmental actors based in Germany who would like to participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine, who are interested in exchanging ideas with like-minded people or who are looking for cooperation partners. The platform is also available to Ukrainian and international partners," says the website of the platform.
The resource will contain information on the opportunities to engage in the process of reconstruction of Ukraine, as well as on funding and scheduled events. Meanwhile, it should be noted that the project won’t provide financial support, nor will it bundle or coordinate offers of help or donations.
"The Reconstruction Platform offers opportunities for European-level networking and sharing best practices and contacts. Investing in Ukraine means contributing to a united Europe," Ukrainian ambassador to Germany Oleksii Makeiev commented on the creation of the resource, as cited in the message.
