Ukraine produced more than 50,000 FPV drones in December 2023, said Oleksandr Kamyshin, Ukrainian Minister for Strategic Industries.
According to him, Ukraine is also capable of producing 10,000 medium-range attack drones and more than 1,000 drones with a range exceeding 1,000 km in 2024. Kamyshin asserted that such a trend would make it possible to produce a million drones a year, according to Volodymyr Zelenskyi’s claims at the summary press conference.
"All production facilities are ready, and contracting for 2024 is underway," said Kamyshin.
Earlier, we reported that Ukraine had begun serial production of its own Shahed counterpart.
