H. E. Ambassador of Sweden to Ukraine Tobias Thyberg believes that the country still has problems related to the investment climate. However, according to him, the entry of the Swedish retailer IKEA into the Ukrainian market is a sign of positive changes in the state. He said this in an interview on the YouTube channel KYIV NOT KIEV.
"The investment climate in Ukraine still has serious problems," Thyberg said.
The Ambassador also expressed his admiration for Ukraine's economic potential, its geographical position in the middle of Europe, human capital that "cannot be found in Sweden", level of education, entrepreneurship, creativity and added that there are a lot of successful Swedish start-ups developing in Ukraine.
