Russia’s FSB contrives terrorist attacks in Russia with mass casualties, says Danilov

The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksii Danilov, reported the plans of Russia’s FSB to arrange a number of terrorist attacks in Russian cities with numerous casualties among civilians. He said that the Kremlin is ready to do this as a measure to arrest the drop in support for the so-called "special operation" in Ukraine and to stimulate mobilization.

Quote"Support for the war is falling in russia. The kremlin needs public mobilization. The FSB is expected to organize a series of terrorist attacks in russian cities with mass civilian casualties," he wrote.

According to the NSDC secretary, the daughter of Russian propagandist Alexandr Dugin was the first victim of the Russian regime. Danilov also emphasized that Ukraine, unlike its neighbor, is not at war with civilians.

Context. On August 21, near Bolshiye Vyazyomy settlement outside Moscow, a car driven by Daria Dugina at full speed exploded.

In a little more than one day, the FSB stated that it had "solved the case" and accused "Ukrainian special services" of having blasted the car. She named a Ukrainian woman, Natalia Vovk, who came to Russia with her daughter on July 23, 2022, as the perpetrator. According to them, the woman allegedly rented an apartment in the same building as the propagandist’s daughter. The special services also claimed that she served in the Azov regiment. They failed to catch the alleged perpetrator, since she escaped to Estonia.

Azov fighters don’t rule out that the explosion could be faked or arranged by the FSB to use it in staged trials against Azov members who are now kept as POWs.
