The day before, on June 8, Russian invaders, using mortars, artillery, and multiple launch rocket systems, fired at a number of settlements in Luhansk Oblast, including Sievierodonetsk, Lysychansk, Pryvillia, Orikhove, Ustynivka, Hirske, Katerynivka, Bilohorivka, Mykolaiivka, Komyshuvakha, and Pavlohrad.
Last night, the aggressor twice attacked the Sievierodonetsk chemical enterprise Azot. According to preliminary data, at least two shops were significantly damaged, one of them produced ammonia. The Lugansk Regional Military Administration (RMA) promises to inform about the consequences of this shelling later.
As of now, at least four people are known to have died as a result of Russian shelling of Luhansk Oblast.
Civilian infrastructure was damaged as well. Serhiy Haidai, head of the Luhansk RMA, Sergei Gaidai, said that 10 houses were damaged in Hirske, eight in Orikhove, and four in Lysychansk. The data given is not final, since the inspection of the shelling consequences was carried out only in a relatively safe area.
