As of now, at least four people are known to have died as a result of Russian shelling of Luhansk Oblast.
Civilian infrastructure was damaged as well. Serhiy Haidai, head of the Luhansk RMA, Sergei Gaidai, said that 10 houses were damaged in Hirske, eight in Orikhove, and four in Lysychansk. The data given is not final, since the inspection of the shelling consequences was carried out only in a relatively safe area.
