From midnight to 11:00 am, Russian mercenaries have violated the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine 33 times, 22 of them were made with the use of weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements. This was reported on the Joint Forces Operation’s (JFO) Facebook page.
It is noted that there are no casualties among the military personnel. Ukrainian defenders returned fire to stop enemy activity only when there was danger to the lives of the military personnel.
During the shelling, the enemy delivered fire from 122 mm artillery, 82 and 120 mm mortars, large caliber machineguns, automatic mounted and mounted anti-tank grenade launchers, BMP-2 weapons, and small arms.
"The situation in the region of the Joint Forces Operation remains controlled by the Ukrainian military... Thanks to the efforts of our soldiers, the border-lines of Ukrainian units have remained unchanged," the JFO headquarters notes.
