The offensive of the Russian invaders has bogged down. At this stage of the war, the Russian interventionists do not have enough reserves to continue the offensive and further implement their aggressive plans.

A lot of Russian units were destroyed or lost their combat capability. Brigadier General Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, reported this during the broadcast of the TV channel Ukraine 24.

"18 battalion tactical groups have completely lost their combat capability, another 13 have been completely destroyed. The 31st battalion tactical group actually lost its combat capability in two weeks. These are terrible casualties that the Russians have never had before," Brigadier General Kyrylo Budanov noted.

Now the interventionists are bringing in new units from all over the territory of the Russian Federation and rotating those that have been in a state of hostilities for two weeks.

"Hidden" mobilization is carried out. Unfortunately, the entire population of the occupied territories of Ukraine in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, as well as the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, is being mobilized. There are attempts to mobilize people from the already newly occupied territories. New units are being deployed from the Eastern and Central Districts.

Syrian mercenaries in Ukraine

There is information that the Russians are preparing mercenaries to be sent to Ukraine. And these are not only mercenaries from Syria, but also from other parts of the world, in particular from Libya. It is also planned to send mercenaries from unrecognized quasi-state formations, such as the PMR (Transnistria), Abkhazia, and Ossetia. These plans of the Russian leadership are confirmed by the fact that some mercenaries have already been destroyed during the current conflict. This applies to people from the PMR and Ossetia.

Nuclear blackmail. Two possible options

First option. Large-scale arson of forests in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. This option provides for a large-scale rise of radioactive ash into the air and the spread of active elements over adjacent territories by air masses.

Second option. Missile attack on dry SNF (spent nuclear fuel) storage. The result will be the same as in the first option.

At the same time, the Russian authorities will blame the Ukrainian side for these accidents. And "Nazi" military formations, which, as we know, do not exist on the territory of Ukraine will be called the direct perpetrators.

The head of military intelligence of Ukraine stressed that all the dreams of the occupiers about the imminent capture of Ukraine were shattered very quickly.

"We know almost all of their plans. As soon as any ideas pop up in powerful places, we immediately know about them. Again I say, all attempts to seize Ukraine by military means will fail," head of the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said.

According to him, the military-political leadership of Russia started having big problems.

"Now there are two persons left who absolutely openly advocate the continuation of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, these are Putin and Shoigu. Even the generals of the Russian Federation are against it. Some are more active, some are just silent, sometimes even sabotaging some orders of the Russian leadership," the head of military intelligence of Ukraine said.
