President Volodymyr Zelenskyy admitted that on the Donetsk axis, the offensive of the Russian troops turned the situation into "real hell".
"We are still unable to break the Russian army’s advantage in artillery and personnel, and it is very apparent in combat, especially in Donbas, near Pisky, Avdiivka, and other locations. That’s really hell there. It’s unspeakable," He said during his customary evening video message to the Ukrainian people.
The country’s leader added that Ukrainian diplomats are making every effort every day to help the Ukrainian army receive the weapons it needs to stop the invaders.
Context. At the beginning of this month, a mandatory evacuation from the Donetsk Region started. The first train, which arrived at Kropyvnytskyi on August 2, took 136 people from the region. The trains will depart every even day for Kropyvnytskyi, the central city of the Kirovohrad Region, with a stop in Oleksandriia.
After the evacuated people arrive, they will be able to apply for financial assistance immediately.
