The twenty-eighth day of the Russian-Ukrainian war 2022 continues. The defenders of Ukraine continue to sustain a defense operation in the following directions.
Volyn direction
No active enemy actions were recorded, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The partial return of separate units of the Republic of Belarus to the places of permanent deployment is confirmed. At the same time, the Lukashenko regime continues to hold a significant group of troops near the state border of Ukraine.
Polissia direction
The invaders are trying to gain a foothold on the captured lines, regrouping after the casualties suffered. The invaders tried to advance near the settlement Teterivske but the offensive failed over the limited forces, and they were forced to retreat. Aerial reconnaissance continues, air defense systems are being built up, and the approaches to the positions of their troops are being mined.
Siversk direction
Unsuccessful attempts to block Chernihiv inflicted significant losses to the enemy. Now the enemy is organizing logistical support for their units in this direction and is reinforcing personnel.
In the direction of Brovary, the Russian invaders are carrying out engineering work and are mining the area and civilian facilities. The enemy continues to hold outposts on logistical support routes near the settlements of Novyi Bykiv, Losynivka, Velyka Doroha, Monastyryshche, Berestovets, Prokhory, Talalaivka, Makiivka.
Slobozhanshchyna direction
The divisions of the Russian invaders are focusing their efforts on blocking the cities of Kharkiv and Sumy. They are recovering personnel losses. As a result of the hostilities near Izium, the Ukrainian defense forces destroyed up to 60% of the personnel and military equipment of the occupying. units.
Donetsk direction
The object of the Russian-fascist invaders remains to establish control over Rubizhne, Severodonetsk, Popasna, Verkhnotoretske, Mariinka, and Mariupol. The enemy has no success, suffers losses, tries to increase the grouping with additional forces near Izvaryno region, conducts forced mobilization of the civilians of the quasi-state formations of the DPR and LPR.
Tauride direction
There were no significant changes in the operational-tactical situation here. On the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea near Dzhankoy, the arrival and build-up of personnel and military equipment of units of the Russian-fascist troops was recorded.
Pivdennyi Buh direction
The enemy does not conduct active actions. They are reinforcing the terrain of their positions.
The General Staff points out significant losses and demoralization of the personnel of the Russian-fascist invaders. The enemy has significant problems with reinforcement, as well as logistical support for their soldiers.
At the same time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are conducting a stabilization operation in certain regions, holding back the enemy advance, and forcing the enemy to retreat in certain directions.
The grouping of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues to cover the ground grouping and important infrastructure facilities, repels air-missile strikes and enemy air attacks.
