The twenty-fourth day of Russia-Ukraine war of 2022 continues. During all this time, the enemy has only partially succeeded in the Donetsk direction. The enemy was completely stopped in the direction of Mykolaiv
The enemy continues to deliver missile and bomb strikes against military and civilian infrastructure. Whrn doing so, they use high-precision, according to the statements of the Russian Federation, weapons and unguided aerial bombs, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
In total, since the outbreak of hostilities, the enemy has delivered 291 missile strikes, used 459 ground, sea and air-based missiles, made 1,403 air raids.
The main ground targets of the Russian-fascist invaders were industrial facilities, schools, hospitals, national historical and religious shrines, and residential areas.
Volyn direction
There were no significant changes in the operational situation.
Polissia direction
Separate units of the invaders defend themselves near the settlements of Poliske, Kropyvnia, Zakharivka, Olyva, Zhovtneve, Ozershchyna, Lypivka, Kopylov, Motyzhyn, Buzova, Horenychi, Bucha, Demydiv.
To the north-west of Chernobyl, the invaders deployed the rear area of the grouping of troops of the Eastern Military District.
The invader continues to actively use the chain of health care institutions in the city of Gomel and the Gomel region of the Republic of Belarus (RB) to receive their wounded. Hospitals with surgical units are used, so elective surgeries for the civilians are not performed.
Separate units of the 155th Marine Brigade (Vladivostok) and the 40th Marine Brigade (Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky) were redeployed to replace the losses of the Eastern Military District of the RB.
Siversk direction
The enemy, using individual units of the Central Military District, is trying to intensify its actions near the settlements of Liubech, Slavutych, Kovpita, Zolotynka, Mena, Nizhyn, Branytsia, Kalyta, Bohdanivka, Lukashi, Romny, and Nedryhailiv. However, they are not conducting active offensive actions.
The partial blockade of Chernihiv continues, the enemy is shelling densely populated regions. Forces to three brigades are trying to hold defensive positions near the settlements of Liubech, Mykhailo-Kotsiubynske, Yakubivka, Shestovytsia, Zolotynka, Yahidne, Lukashivka, and Kyselivka. Significant changes in the composition and nature of the enemy's actions were not noted.
In the direction of Brovary, the invader operates with forces of up to three brigades. They are trying to control the lines near the settlements of Markivtsi, Zavorychi, Rudnia, Bohdanivka, Zalissia, Mykhailivka, Svitylnik, Peremoha, Rudnytske, Velykyi Krupol, Malyi Krupol, and Petrivka. The occupiers did not conduct active actions. The enemy keeps trying to conduct offensive operations towards Kyiv and is trying to regroup combat units.
Slobozhanshchyna direction
The enemy did not conduct active offensive operations in the Slobozhanshchyna direction. Using the forces of the Western Military District, the enemy is trying to hold positions nearf Svatovo, Izium, Petrivske, Husarivka, Balakliia, Lyman, and Malynivka. Kochitky, Bezruky, Oleksandrivka, Velyka Pysarivka, Tarasivka, Olenia, Nedryhailiv, Romny, and Talalaiivka are also occupied.
In the direction of Sumy and Akhtyrka, units from the enemy’s 1st Tank Army of are not conducting active offensive operations, concentrating their efforts on blocking the city of Sumy. The enemy is trying to prepare for offensive operations in the direction of the settlements of Trostianets, Akhtyrka, and Poltava. Part of the forces are sent in the direction of Pryluky and Kyiv.
In the Kharkov region, units from the 6th combined-arms army and the northern fleet did not conduct active operations. The invaders continue to blockade Kharkiv and destroy its civilian infrastructure. Aerial reconnaissance sing the Orlan-10 UAV was spotted.
In the direction of Izium, the enemy is trying to operate near the settlements of Balakliiaa, Husarivka, Volobuiivka, Petrivske, Protopopivka, Savyntsi, Vesele, Izium, Snizhkivka, Topilske, Bakhtyn, Kapitolivka. Active offensive operations have not been noted, the regrouping and logistical support of the troops are being carried out. The enemy delivered missile and bomb strikes on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Kamianka.
Donetsk direction
The enemy operates near the settlements of Borova, Terny, Novokrasnianka, Pervomaisk, Horlivka, Panteleimonivka, Yasynuvata, Donetsk, Olenivka, Novotroitske, Olhynka, Volodymyrivka, Mykilske, Pavlivka, and Prechystivka.
Luhansk direction
The enemy tried to continue offensive operations near the settlements of Terny, Chervonopopivka, on the outskirts of Rubizhne, Kudriashivka, Pudrivka, Oskolonivka, Bobrove, Zholobok, Molodizhne, Novooleksandrivka, Popasna, Troitske, Sanzhary, Shumy, Shyroka Balka, and Ozerianivka.
The main efforts are focused on attempts to capture the settlements of Severodonetsk, Rubizhne, and Popasna.
Near the settlements of Syrotyne and Metelkino, the enemy delivered air strikes on civilian targets.
In the direction of Severodonetsk, the enemy attempted to carry out offensive operations, but had no success, suffered significant losses and retreated.
Near Rubizhne, with the support of artillery, they continue to gain a foothold in the western and northwestern parts of the city.
In the direction of Pervomaisk and Lysychansk, the enemy is trying to exert fire influence on our troops in order to deter the actions of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The enemy conducts assault operations and fire raids in most directions. The main efforts are focused to capture the city of Vuhledar and the hero city of Mariupol.
Azov region direction
The enemy did not conduct active offensive operations during the day, fired at the positions of our troops near Huliaipole, Stepnohorsk, and Orikhiv using mortars, cannon artillery, and MLRS. They are regrouping in order to prevent a breakthrough of our troops in the direction of Mariupol.
Pivdennyi Buh direction
The enemy operates near the settlements of Pravdyny, Petrivske, Novohryhorivka, Novomykolaivka, Chervone, Hreihove, Mykhailo-Laryne, Inhulka, Khrystoforyvka, Marianivka, Novooleksandrivka, Partizanske, Snihurivka, Kalynivske, Novomoskovsk, Bila Krynytsia. They do not conduct active offensive operations but regroup, deploy reserves, and replenish ammunition.
In the direction of Kryvyi Rih the enemy has been stopped. They gain a foothold near the settlements of Krasnovka, Pryhiria, Zahradivka, Arkhangelske, Kniazhivka, Vysokopillia, Mala Shesternia, Petrivka, and Novovorontsovka and are trying to prepare for offensive operations.
In some areas, the enemy moved in order to withdraw damaged equipment and no longer serviceable subunits.
