In Luhansk Oblast, the Russian invaders fired on an evacuation vehicle that was supposed to take ten people out of the region. As a result of the attack, French journalist Frederic Leclerc-Imhoff was killed, the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Haidai reported.
"Today, our armored evacuation transport was going to pick up 10 people from the region and came under enemy fire.
