Coronavirus statistics: 569 people were admitted to hospitals, and 611 were discharged

In Ukraine, 695 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded on August 14. In particular, 50 children and 5 health workers fell ill. Such data are provided by the Ministry of Health.

Also during the last 24 hours:

  • 569 people were hospitalized;
  • 17 died;
  • 611 were discharged from hospitals;
  • 30,798 tests were made (by PCR—15,456, by ELISA—2,494, studies by express tests for antigen—12,848).

The occupancy of covid beds in Ukraine as a whole is 10.3%.

During the day on August 14, 76,148 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. The first dose was received by 46,371 people, the second—by 29,777 people.

Since the beginning of the campaign, 4,691,020 people have been vaccinated, of which 2,718,680 received two doses. A total of 7,409,698 vaccinations were made.

For the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2,265,912 people fell ill, and 53,255 died.

Most new cases of the disease were recorded in Kyiv (87), Ivano-Frankivsk (60), Odesa (59), Dnipropetrovsk (58) and Kharkiv (53) regions.

  • Poltava region—8 cases;
  • Rivne region—3 cases;
  • Sumy region—6 cases;
  • Ternopil region—49 cases;
  • Kharkiv region—53 cases;
