In the last 24 hours, the Armed Forces of Ukraine killed 810 Russian invaders and destroyed 3 tanks, 2 APVs, 1 helicopter, and 2 MLRSs of the enemy, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As of January 5, 2023, Ukrainian forces have killed more than 109,700 invaders.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022, to January 5, 2023, approximately amounted to:
- personnel — about 109,720 (+810),
- tanks — 3,041 (+3),
- APV — 6,108 (+2),
- artillery systems — 2,051 (+12),
- MLRS — 424,
- air defense systems — 215,
- aircraft — 284 (+1),
- helicopters — 271 (+1),
- UAV operational-tactical level — 1,844 (+2),
- cruise missiles — 723,
- warships/boats — 16,
- vehicles and fuel tanks — 4,759 (+14);
- special equipment — 182 (+1).
