Combat losses of Russian invaders as of January 2, 2023 — General Staff of AFU

In the last 24 hours, the Armed Forces of Ukraine killed 720 Russian invaders and destroyed 9 APVs and 44 drones of the enemy. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy suffered the greatest losses at the Lyman, Bakhmut, and Avdiivka directions.

As of January 2, 2023, Ukrainian forces have killed more than 107,400 invaders.

The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022, to January 2, 2023, approximately amounted to:

  • personnel — about 107,440 (+720),
  • tanks — 3,031,
  • APV — 6,093 (+9),
  • artillery systems — 2,027 (+6),
  • MLRS — 423,
  • air defense systems — 213,
  • aircraft — 283,
  • helicopters — 269,
  • UAV operational-tactical level — 1,836 (+44),
  • cruise missiles — 723,
  • warships/boats — 16,
  • vehicles and fuel tanks — 4,725 (+5);
  • special equipment — 181.
