The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has completed a full audit of the declaration of Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the President of Ukraine. It is noted that the department did not reveal signs of illegal enrichment, unfounded assets, and conflicts of interest, and the accuracy of the declared assets assessment corresponds to the data obtained from the available sources. In the course of the full audit, NACP examined the information about the company Maltex Multicapital Corp. registered in the Virgin Islands. It was mentioned in the Pandora Papers. Zelenskyy provided the requested clarifications and documents indicating the absence of any payments in 2019-2020 from Maltex Multicapital Corp. in favor of Film Heritage Inc., as well as from Film Heritage Inc. in favor of his wife Olena Zelenska.
The Agency also checked information about a house located in the city of Forte dei Marmi (Italy), owned by San Tommaso SRL, the ultimate beneficial owner of which is Olena Zelenska. According to information provided by the President, he and his family members did not use this property during 2020.

Ukrainian businessmen and politicians, including President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, have become involved in a major investigation by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ). In a document called the Pandora Papers, more than 600 journalists from around the world published the results of processing more than 11.9 million secret files.
