Oleksandr Dubinsky was expelled from the party Servant of the People. The reason was the violation of the charter and disobedience to the governing bodies of the party. Andriy Motovylovets became the new head of the Kyiv regional organization of the party Servant of the People.

The decision to expel Dubinsky was made by the party Chairman Olelsandr Kornienko.

In particular, Dubinsky published a video message, from which it became known that during the event held on his initiative it was decided to re-elect the Chairman and elect members of the political council of the Kyiv regional organization. However, this violates the party charter.

In addition, the party stated that considering the issue of electing the Chairman of the structural formation of the party Servant of the People was possible only with the preliminary approval of the head of the party and approval by the heads of the political council and the National Communities Council. By such actions, Dubinsky discredited the party.

The people's deputy can still appeal against such a decision at the next party congress.

Context. Dubinsky was expelled from the Servant of the People parliamentary faction in February.

At the same time, the administration of Joseph Biden imposed sanctions against people's deputy Dubinsky, accusing him of interfering in the US presidential elections.

In addition, in January 2021, the Prosecutor General’s Office began criminal proceedings against Oleksandr Dubinsky. He is accused of money laundering.
