One of the directions actively developed by Andriy Matyukha together with the Favbet Foundation is improving the training level of sports process participants. Since the beginning of 2025, with the involvement of FAST specialists, 10 first aid training sessions have been held. A total of 212 people — both coaches and athletes — took part in them.
Representatives of ten national teams joined the training. In the future, the number of participants is expected to exceed 1800 people. These programs are aimed at spreading basic emergency assistance skills within the sports environment.

The charitable initiative "Superhero Club" is implemented within the Favbet Kids charitable program run by the Favbet Foundation. Football, basketball, boxing, and wrestling sections have been launched. They operate, in particular, in Kyiv, based at the SpartaBox club.
Priority in enrollment is given to children from the following categories:
- military personnel;
- internally displaced persons.
This approach gives children access to quality training processes.
Tournaments and events for younger participants
Along with regular training sessions, the Favbet Foundation team supports the organization of events aimed at involving children in an active lifestyle. In the winter of 2025, the foundation supported the "Winter Spartakiad", in which members of the sports club participated.
During the event, children competed in team relays and completed tasks that develop strength, endurance, and cooperation. According to the organizers, such events help develop discipline and teamwork skills.
Andriy Matyukha, together with the foundation team, strives to provide children with a stable environment for development even during challenging times. Sports are seen as a tool for support and socialization.
Supporting educational programs and providing resources
In 2023, the Favbet Foundation focused its efforts on assisting educational institutions and youth. As part of the education support campaign, the foundation supplied schools in various regions of Ukraine with necessary materials. Students received sets of stationery and equipment for physical education classes. The total number of recipients exceeded 5500 schoolchildren.
In addition, the organization initiated free IT courses for teenagers. A total of 352 people participated in the program, most of whom had no prior experience in the IT field. The courses allowed participants to become familiar with basic digital skills and gain an understanding of modern technologies.
