Energoatom’s Training Center for Maintenance and Management Personnel, which was created on the basis of the Zaporizhzhia NPP Educational and Training Center, has drawn the special attention of the invaders. This is a unique facility where nuclear power specialists from many countries around the world master rare practical operation and maintenance skills using full-scale models of NPP equipment.

Quote"Significant funds were invested in the creation of the Center not only by Energoatom (UAH 500 million), but also by the European Union (nearly €13 million). When inspecting the building of the Educational and Training Center, Russian fascists who arrived at the Zaporizhzhia NPP as "nuclear power specialists" made lists of equipment they "need to dismantle" (which means "steal") from the NPP when they withdraw," the company reports.

Context. The Zaporizhzhia NPP has been occupied by the Russian army since early March 2022.
