The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has published contacts of embassies and consulates of foreign states for Ukrainian citizens who were forcibly deported to the Russian Federation and who want to return to their homeland.
"Due to the mass forced deportation of Ukrainian citizens to the territory of Russia by the Russian military, we advise that our compatriots who have become victims of such illegal actions of the Russian regime and want to return to Ukraine provide their personal data to the nearest Ukrainian embassy in neighboring states or states of possible transit," the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reads.
The ministry clarified that these diplomatic institutions were instructed to provide the necessary advisory and consular assistance to such citizens of Ukraine to ensure their return to their homeland.
