UPDATE. At 8:55 PM, a member of parliament Oleksii Honsharenko reported of 30 people killed.
"In the parking lot, near the diagnostical medical center and the Yuvileinyi social services center, people burnt out right in their cars. The impact was so powerful that one car was thrown onto the roof of the medical center," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

Over 90 people sought medical attention, and 54 were hospitalized (including four children). Thirty-four people are in serious condition now.
