At least 30 people were killed by a missile strike on Vinnytsia, including three children (UPDATED)

The number of people killed by a Russian missile strike on Vinnytsia on Thursday, July 14, rose to 22, including three children. Only 6 bodies could be identified by now, the National Police reported at 5:00 PM.

UPDATE. At 8:55 PM, a member of parliament Oleksii Honsharenko reported of 30 people killed.

Over 90 people sought medical attention, and 54 were hospitalized (including four children). Thirty-four people are in serious condition now.

Search and rescue operations are ongoing on site. As many as 39 people are considered missing. More than 50 buildings and 40 cars were damaged.

The Russians struck the regional center with kalibr cruise missiles. The invaders launched them from a submarine in the Black Sea, the command of the Ukrainian Air Force reported.

The Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba stressed that the air strike on Vinnytsia occurred on the same day as the conference on Russian war crimes hosted in the Hague.
