On the territory of Kharkiv Oblast, hostilities continue. Last day, on June 8, the Russian invaders continued massive shelling of the regional center, in particular, shells hit a cafe, a store, and a school library. As a result of an enemy attack, two people were killed, four more were injured, Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, reports.
Other settlements of Kharkiv Oblast also suffered from the Russians. This refers to the village of Tsyrkuny, Mala Danylivka territorial community, Korobochkyne, the village of Pechenihy, Zolochiv, Barvinkove, Balakliia, and Pervomaiskyi. As a result of the shelling, residential buildings, garages, warehouses, and utility rooms were destroyed. Seven people were injured.
According to the State Emergency Service, in general, 16 fires caused by the Russians broke out in Kharkiv Oblast over the past day (in the Novobavarskyi District of Kharkiv, as well as in the Chuhuiv, Izium, Bohodukhiv and Kharkiv districts of the region).
