Ukrainian IT army has 300,000 soldiers, and artificial intelligence helps to find invaders — Ministry of Digital Transformation

To date, the Ukrainian cyberforces has at least 300,000 IT warriors, more than 17 million citizens use Diia in Ukraine, and more than 10,000 Starlink terminals operate in our country. The head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov highlighted this during the first International Diia Summit, Speka reports.

Among other achievements of the Ministry, helping to cope with Russia and wage the world's first cyber war, he mentioned:

  • the launch in Ukraine of the "eVoroh" (literally — eEnemy) chat bot, in which citizens can inform the authorized bodies about the movement of Russian troops and equipment;
  • the launch of Starlink satellite Internet on the territory of our state,
  • the success of the Ukrainian cyberforces who attacked more than 400 enemy online resources between May 16 and 22;
  • the use of artificial intelligence to identify Russian servicemen;
  • the launch of the United24 global initiative;
  • the foundation of the state crypto fund.

Context. This year, the Ministry of Digital Transformation held Diia Summit outside Ukraine for the first time. The previous two summits were held virtually over the coronavirus. The World Economic Forum in Davos is held from 22 to 26 May.
