In the last 24 hours, the Armed Forces of Ukraine killed 720 Russian invaders and destroyed 2 tanks, 6 APVs, and 3 drones of the enemy, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As of January 4, 2023, Ukrainian forces have killed more than 108,900 invaders.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022, to January 4, 2023, approximately amounted to:

- tanks — 3,038 (+2),
- APV — 6,106 (+6),
- artillery systems — 2,039 (+6),
- MLRS — 424,
- air defense systems — 215 (+1),
- aircraft — 283,
- helicopters — 270,
- UAV operational-tactical level — 1,842 (+3),

- warships/boats — 16,
- vehicles and fuel tanks — 4,745 (+10);
- special equipment — 181.
