As of August 8, 2022, in the last 24 hours, Ukrainian defenders destroyed 6 tanks, 15 armored personnel vehicles, 2 artillery systems, and 1 MLRS of the enemy. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24 to August 8 approximately amounted to:
- personnel — about 42,340 (+140),
- tanks — 1,811 (+6),
- APV — 4,070 (+15),
- artillery systems — 960 (+2),
- MLRS — 261 (+1),
- air defense systems — 132,
- aircraft — 223,
- helicopters — 192 (+1),
- UAV operational-tactical level — 754 (+4),
- cruise missiles — 182,
- warships/boats — 15,
- vehicles and fuel tanks — 2,993 (+15);
- special equipment — 86.
The enemy suffered the heaviest losses in the Donetsk direction.
