As of August 20, 2022, in the last 24 hours, Ukrainian defenders destroyed 8 tanks, 2 artillery systems, and 17 armored personnel vehicles of the enemy. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24 to August 20 approximately amounted to:
- personnel — about 44,900 (+200),
- tanks — 1,907 (+8),
- APV — 4,212 (+17),
- artillery systems — 1018 (+2),
- MLRS — 266,
- air defense systems — 141,
- aircraft — 234,
- helicopters — 197,
- UAV operational-tactical level — 803 (+8),
- cruise missiles — 190,
- warships/boats — 15,
- vehicles and fuel tanks — 3,137 (+7);
- special equipment — 97 (+3).
The enemy suffered the heaviest losses in the Donetsk direction.
