According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of May 21, 2022, in the last 24 hours, Ukrainian defenders have destroyed 15 enemy tanks, 26 armored vehicles, and one missile.
The total battle casualties of the enemy from 24.02 to 21.05 approximately amounted to:
- personnel — about 28,850 (+150);
- tanks — 1,278 (+15);
- APV — 3,116 (+26);
- artillery systems — 596;
- MLRS — 201 (+1);
- anti-aircraft warfare systems — 93;
- aircraft — 204;
- helicopters — 169 (+1);
- UAV operational-tactical level — 462 (+2);
- cruise missiles — 104 (+1);
- warships/boats — 13;
- vehicles and fuel tanks — 2,178 (+16);
- special equipment — 43.
The heaviest losses
The heaviest losses of the enemy in the last 24 hours were reported in the Bakhmut direction.
