The beneficiaries are Olexandr Tabalov, the owner of Formula Vkusa, and his son Andrii Tabalov.

• In 1992, the Cherkasy milk dairy plant was leased, and in 1994 it was bought out of state ownership. The plant turned into collective enterprise YURIA. The privatization was completed in July 1994. In March 1995, closed joint stock company (ZAO) YURIA was established.
• TM "Voloshkovo Pole" was founded in 2009. The AMCU allowed Voloshkovo Pole dairy company to buy more than 50% of the shares of the Pervomayskiy Milk and Canning Complex and more than 50% of the shares of the Yuria dairy plant.
• According to information of 2009, the owners of "Pervomaiskiy MKK" were Zerno-Service-Form (registered in Panama), Prome-Kom, and Etna-postach from Kropyvnytskyi.

• Vilnohirsk mining and metallurgical plant in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
• A branch of "Ukrzaliznytsia" in Kyiv.
• SE Pivdenny Sea Port.

During 2016-2020, Yuria won tenders for UAH 111 million for supplying dairy products to these enterprises, as well as to the Education Department of the Saksahan District of Kryvyi Rih, the Department of Education and Humanitarian Policy of the Cherkasy City Council, and the Gymnasium Dominanta in Kyiv.

• In 2014, during the Revolution of Dignity, activists in Cherkasy picketed Voloshkove Pole retail outlets.

• In 2016 Olha Freimut inspected Voloshkove Pole plant. She revealed the results in the program "Inspector Freimut — Cities."

At the end of the inspection, Olha admitted that she would gladly give the "Pride of the City" award to the plant because her whole family consumes the dairy products of this manufacturer. However, Olha Freimut saw a cockroach in the operating department, and it challenged all the inspection results.

• In 2018 and 2019, testing center TEST conducted two studies of fermented milk cheeses. They analyzed samples of well-known brands. In the cheeses of Voloshkove Pole, they found E. coli.
• Since 2019, Yuria PrJSC has been involved in an investigation in the Khmelnytskyi region considering tax evasion and abuse of power.

A number of companies controlled by Oleksandr Tabalov, including "Khmelnitsky Maslosyrbaza", Olto LLC, and agricultural enterprise Nadia, are suspected of understating VAT by UAH 17 million.

• Since 2020, Yuria PrJSC has also been involved in criminal proceedings considering tax evasion (Art. 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) in the Cherkasy region.

According to the documents, milk procurement was carried out on the territory of Dnipro, Poltava, Kropyvnytskyi, and Cherkasy regions. There were sent inquiries to the village councils about the persons indicated in the statements and information on whether they had cows.

Apart from that, according to the documents, Yuria allegedly bought inventory items from Torggrupimpex LLC (UAH 482,000). However, the company's director explained that he registered the company for a monetary reward and he had never signed any contracts with anyone.

As a result, according to the inspection, during 2017-2018, Yuria evaded taxes totalling UAH 25.13 million.

• The company exports goods to Poland, Germany, Latvia, Israel, Canada, South Africa, USA (data for 2018).
• In 2018, the company was certified according to international quality and safety standards.
• In 2019, testing center TEST checked a company's butter product as this product is most often counterfeited in Ukraine. Voloshkove Pole butter met all the standards.
