RF State Duma supports recognizing so-called DPR and LPR. Putin to make decision
The State Duma of the aggressor country of the Russian Federation passed at a meeting a resolution on the immediate handing the President of the Russian Federation the Duma’s appeal regarding the need to recognize the self-proclaimed "Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics'' (the so-called "DNR" and "LNR").
