Martial law in Ukraine to be imposed in case of full-scale invasion
Martial law will be imposed in case of a full-scale military aggression by the Russian Federation in Ukraine. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this at a joint briefing with Estonian President Alar Karis in Kyiv, Interfax-Ukraine reports. This happened after Russian President Vladimir Putin signed decrees recognizing the so-called DPR and LPR as independent.
