Born March 15, 1961 in Dnipropetrovsk (now: Dnipro).

Education: Donetsk Institute of Soviet Commerce.

In 1998, Yevhenii Yermakov together with his partners Butkevych Hennadiy and Viktor Karachun, registered the ATB-Market company. They still own all the assets of ATB in equal shares.
