Career
Andriy Verevskyi is the founder of Kernel Holding S.A., the world's largest producer of sunflower oil. He owns the largest land bank in Ukraine—about 600,000 hectares. He owns nine oil-seed processing plants.
In 1998, he worked as deputy general director of the Poltava branch of the state-owned monopolist company Bread of Ukraine.
'He was controlling the grain elevators that were subject to privatization,' Forbes wrote. Soon, Verevskyi indeed bought them.
