Career
Since 2009, Anton Tkachenko is a private entrepreneur in Donetsk. He was engaged in market stall retail, taxi driving and non-food trade. This licence is still valid.
In 2012, he is the director of Demetra and K LLC, a company based in Donetsk, according to Censor. The company is owned by VD Capital S.A, registered in the Seychelles.
Later, Demetra and K changed its name to Letitbe and settled down in Cherkassy. In 2014, the State Fiscal Service could not find anyone at the address where the company was registered.
At the request of the tax authorities, the SBU, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the customs informed that Letitbe does not conduct any activity. The company was liquidated through the courts.
VD Capital S.A. registered on the Seychelles is the owner of a number of Donetsk companies, including Geliada LLC. Its former name is LLC TH Azov Oil Company. It is a mini-refinery that produces alternative fuels in Mariupol. In 2012, the company was working together (was selling alternative fuel) with NJSC Naftogaz, which was then headed by Yevgeny Bakulin.
'The deal with ANK was supervised by Felix Lunev, Bakulin's advisor and a former CEO at TNK Ukraine. Back then, this cooperation ended up with losses for the state-owned company,' writes Censor. Now, Felix Lunev is vice president responsible for processing and trade at Ukrnafta. In the media, he is called 'loyal to the Privat group of Ihor Kolomoisky.'
The ten-storeyed building where Anton Tkachenko lives in Donetsk is located on Petrovskoho street in the residential area Tekstilshchik, a typical "sleeper" neighborhood with little infrastructure and no entertainment areas. In social media, you can see a young millionaire on photos dressed mostly in shorts, with a backpack, resting on a beach.
According to the photos and videos uploaded by Tkachenko, he used to do Greco-Roman wrestling.
Anton Tkachenko has never given interviews or comments to journalists as the owner or manager of one of the largest companies. You also cannot spot him in the photos from SUN OIL corporate or joint events.

Wealth
According to the rating of the Top-100 richest Ukrainians compiled by Novoe Vremia magazine and Dragon Capital investment company, Anton Tkachenko takes 98th place with a fortune of $53 million.
The owner of the Sun Oil chain that includes 147 gas stations is listed among the millionaires for the third year in a row. In 2017, experts estimated his fortune at $67 million.
Angelina is a co-owner of Trading House San Oil. Her share is 5%. She is a Donetsk resident, has a law degree. She has two auditing companies: AK Radionova and Audit-AS.
The co-founder of the latter is Andrey Skidan. A person with the same name runs three enterprises that belong to the famous Kharkiv businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavsky. These are Agrosoltek LLC, Khutorskoi Kameniar LLC and Kamianyi Monolit LLC. All of them are located in the Zhytomyr region and are engaged in stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk, and shale extraction.
Angelina's brother Denis Radionov runs Energy of Ukraine. Previously, the company was called Natural Stone of Ukraine. In 2009-2016, the company was owned by Yevgeniy Natsvin-Stepanov. Previously, he worked at NJSC Naftogaz and at the Ministry of Fuel and Energy. At the end of 2019, he got a job in the AMCU oil and gas department.
'The department is investigating abuse of Ukrtransgaz's monopolistic position when purchasing process gas from Naftogaz. Thus, people from Naftogaz will now be engaged in the AMCU cases where Naftogaz is accused on monopolism,' Nashi Groshi writes.

Scandals
In 2016, the Dzerzhinsky District Court of Kharkiv hold Anton Tkachenko liable for having committed an administrative offence. As general director at Trading House Sun Oil, he violated the rules of tax accounting. As a result, the income tax for 2015 decreased in the amount of UAH 323,900. The court fined the businessman UAH 85.
