Business Activity
Andrii Valeriyovych Matyukha is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and philanthropist, founder of the FAVBET group of companies and president of the charitable organization Favbet Foundation. Since 2025, he has also led his personal charitable platform — the Andrii Matyukha Foundation.
In 2024, he received a distinction and special award from the National Program "Person of the Year – 2021" for his significant contribution to the development of sports and support for sports infrastructure in Ukraine.
FAVBET, founded by Andrii Matyukha, operates in the gambling industry and includes online casinos, sports betting, land-based casinos, and a network of slot machine halls. In 2024, the company paid over UAH 5.7 billion in taxes to the Ukrainian budget. FAVBET also operates internationally, particularly in Croatia and Romania.
The company’s tech division, FAVBET Tech, specializes in software development. Since 2022, it has been a resident of the Diia.City initiative and a member of the IT Ukraine Association.
In 2024, FAVBET Tech was ranked among the Top 30 largest IT companies in Ukraine by BRDO and became one of the leading taxpayers among Diia.City residents.

Social Responsibility
Following best global practices, FAVBET — under Andrii Matyukha's leadership — promotes a responsible gaming policy and supports initiatives addressing gambling addiction. In 2023, the company became a partner of a project aimed at introducing social services for individuals struggling with addiction.
In 2024, the Life Space Center opened, offering support to players and their families. The company also backed Ukraine’s first national study on gambling addiction, conducted under the patronage of the Ministry of Health.
In 2025, in partnership with the Responsible Gaming Center, FAVBET launched a long-term international exchange project to share best practices in gambling addiction prevention with European countries.

Sports Support and Development
Football: Since the 2010s, Andrii Matyukha has been one of the largest private sponsors of domestic and international football. Over the years, his company has supported numerous Ukrainian football clubs, including: Shakhtar Donetsk, Rukh Lviv, Karpaty Lviv, Obolon Kyiv, Mynai, Metalist Kharkiv, Kolos Kovalivka, Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih, Polissya Zhytomyr, Livyi Bereh Kyiv, Dynamo Kyiv, Mariupol, Zorya Luhansk, Oleksandriya, Desna Chernihiv, Volyn Lutsk, Podillya Khmelnytskyi, Arsenal Kyiv, Chornomorets Odesa.
Internationally, support has extended to Romanian clubs UTA Arad and Gloria Buzău, as well as Croatian clubs Dinamo Zagreb, NK Lokomotiva Zagreb, HNK Rijeka, and NK Istra 1961.
FAVBET, under Matyukha’s leadership, is also the general partner of the Basketball, Hockey, and Fencing Federations of Ukraine and has previously supported the Ukrainian Professional Football League. In Croatia, the company sponsors the Favbet Premijer Liga, the country’s professional basketball league.
Andrii Matyukha has sponsored boxing events featuring Ukrainian champions, including Oleksandr Usyk, and is actively involved in the development of esports, founding the FAVBET TEAM and supporting other promising teams.

Charitable Work
In 2020, Andrii Matyukha established the Favbet Foundation, which implements projects in sports, education, healthcare, and science. After the outbreak of full-scale war, the foundation refocused its efforts on supporting Ukraine’s Defense Forces.
The foundation aids the Armed Forces, Special Operations Forces, and Military Intelligence, supplying drones, vehicles, optical devices, and other equipment. Through the FAVBET group, total defense-related assistance has exceeded UAH 600 million.

In partnership with the UNITED24 initiative, Favbet Foundation contributed UAH 4 million to the "Safe Sky" project for air defense sensors and UAH 5 million toward the aftermath of the Kakhovka dam explosion. In 2023, at Matyukha’s initiative, UAH 60 million was allocated to strengthen Ukraine’s borders.
Favbet Foundation co-launched the "Re:start" rehabilitation project with the Special Operations Forces’ patronage service KREVNI, aimed at the physical and psychological recovery of wounded soldiers.

Aid for Victims and Displaced Persons
The foundation implements humanitarian programs for those affected by the war. In 2022, it opened a support center for Ukrainian refugees in Zagreb, Croatia, offering psychological, legal, and educational services — a project recognized with the "Responsible Country" award by MMR.

Partnership with Okhmatdyt Hospital
Since 2023, the foundation has been supporting Ukraine’s National Children's Hospital "Okhmatdyt", donating over UAH 10 million in medical equipment, including a BK5000 ultrasound system, infusion warmers, and laboratory shakers. In 2024, after the hospital was damaged in a missile strike, the foundation allocated an additional UAH 10 million for restoration.

Education and Youth Programs
The foundation backs the "Superheroes Club" — a program combining sports and educational initiatives for war-affected children. It includes football, basketball, boxing, and free IT courses developed with Code Club Ukraine. In its first year, the program reached over 1,000 children.

Andrii Matyukha Foundation
Established in 2025, the Andrii Matyukha Foundation is a charitable platform that supports Ukraine’s recovery and development through:
veteran support and military reintegration;
strengthening national defense;
medical, educational, and scientific initiatives;
fostering international cooperation.
Among the foundation's first projects: the international humanitarian initiative ORIGAMI FOR UKRAINE at the Kyiv History Museum with support from the Brussels and Kyiv city councils; the prosthetics consultation platform "Ye – Prosthesis"; medical equipment donations to Okhmatdyt for life-saving pediatric surgeries; joint aid to Kryvyi Rih families in cooperation with FC Kryvbas.

Public Engagement
Andrii Matyukha actively supports the development of Ukrainian sports, culture, and the IT sector. FAVBET collaborates with the Ministry of Youth and Sports through the Sports Integrity Platform.
In 2023, he supported the publication of a biography of Croatian footballer Darijo Srna.
In 2024, he co-produced and financed the film "We Were Recruits" about soldiers of Ukraine’s 3rd Separate Assault Brigade. Directed by Lyubomyr Levytskyi, the film was made without state funding and was shortlisted by the Ukrainian Oscar Committee for Best International Feature.
In 2021, he partnered with the Photo Kyiv 2021 exhibition themed "Invisible Life", aligned with Ukraine’s national barrier-free strategy under the patronage of the First Lady.
