Felix Chertok is a businessman and an investor. Owner of the leading alcohol distribution company in Ukraine — "AV" Trading House, member of the Board of Trustees of the Dnipropetrovsk Jewish Community.

Place of birth. He was born on August 29, 1974, in Ukraine, in the city of Dnipro, in a family of Ukrainian Jews.

Education. He is a catering technologist by profession, graduated from the Dnipro Technological and Economic College.

Passed more than 100 business trainings in Ukraine and abroad on the following topics:

• building a successful team.

A big supporter of Yitzhak Adize's methodology (one of the world's leading change management experts) and actively applies it in his own businesses.

Hobbies, religion. For the past 25 years, Felix Chertok has been fond of skiing, likes to play amateur football, and reads business literature. Practices Judaism. He calls the Torah his favorite book.

Felix Chertok started his entrepreneurship at the age of 16.

He made his way from the owner of a videocassette rental company to the founder of one of the largest alcohol distribution companies in Ukraine — AV Trading House, which has been supplying alcoholic products to Ukrainian consumers for 25 years.

• Since 1994, he started working in the field of wholesale trade of alcoholic beverages and food products. Took part in importing goods from abroad.
• In 1998, he found manufacturing partners for cooperation in the field of distribution of their own brands of products.
• As of 2023, "AV" Trading House is a leading distribution company in Ukraine, which enables the annual supply of more than 24 million bottles of high-quality alcoholic beverages to the market. The company employs 220 specialists.

The father of the businessman — Borys Chertok — was a successful entrepreneur, the owner of "Lira" LLC — a producer of meat and sausage products.

Charity. Since 2010, Felix Chertok has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Dnipropetrovsk Jewish Community. Thanks to the businessman's participation in the work of the board of trustees, more than 30 institutions and about 15,000 people receive assistance every year.

Among the projects supported by the businessman:

• Since 2012, Chertok has been taking care of the "Bait leBanot" boarding house for girls. This is a home for girls who became orphans at an early age. The children are looked after and given a decent education — in particular, after finishing school, they study in Mahon. Felix initiated raising funds for reconstruction of the building and providing better living conditions for the children.
• The "Beit Baruch" home for the elderly. The institution is designed for 100 people, half of them are currently refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine. The project provides people with food, housing, and medical care.
• Social programs for women of the "Khana" Foundation.
• Two orphanages for Jewish children, a school, a kindergarten.
• The JMC Jewish Medical Center. Thanks to the support of the Jewish community of Dnipro during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, the center provided free vaccination services to the citizens.

War. The entrepreneur's company — "AV" Trading House — is constantly supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine after the start of a full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022. The company provided all the employees who joined the ranks of the Armed Forces with everything necessary, in addition, "AV" purchases equipment for the army and provides financial and humanitarian assistance every month.

In addition, Felix Chertok invests in creative and social projects that help society.
